It is my great privilege to welcome you to Little Way Catholic Educational Trust – a family of schools united by our Catholic faith and by a simple but powerful belief: that every child should know that they are loved, valued and able to contribute.

Our name is inspired by St Thérèse of Lisieux and her Little Way: the belief that we can encounter God in the ordinary moments of everyday life by doing small things with extraordinary love.

That idea lies at the heart of our Trust.

It can be found in the classroom, the playground and the staffroom; in the teacher who takes the time to discover what makes a child tick, the colleague who notices when someone needs support, and the countless small acts of kindness, care and encouragement that happen across our schools every day.

We want to know our children as individuals – their strengths and talents, their hopes and interests, and the barriers that may sometimes stand in their way. Academic success matters enormously, but education is about more than results. It is about helping every child to recognise their God-given potential, experience a true sense of belonging and grow into the person they are called to be.

As a Catholic family of schools, we are stronger together: learning from one another, supporting one another and always seeking to provide the very best for the children and communities we serve.
